Deutsche Soldaten.. OUTSTANDING REFERENCE

Postby pfarber » Sat Feb 14, 2009 1:48 pm

I just finished looking through the new book 'Deutsche Soldaten'. Its been compared to the GI Collectors Guide.

DEUTSCHE SOLDATEN SPANKS THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF GI COLLECTORS GUIDE.

The detail, the sheer number of variants, the specific production information COMPLETELY put GI to shame. The photographs are the same quality, as are the pages and cover.. but you will know more about the Soldats gear after this book than you will know after reading BOTH the GI books. ITS THAT GOOD.

I paid $35 for it.. I would have paid double for it and still would have been happy with it.

Its also unique that the reference 'follows' the enlistment of a soldaten... so you might say that this would be pictoral of teh gear that he carried. Either way you look at it.. its an OUTSTANDING book.
I got a Mountain Cur and a ~~pitbull~~ big loveable cuddle puppy
