I came across and ACTUAL April 1944 Drivers Training Syllabus in the back of a TM I got.

Evidently it took 4 days to get your license in the Army and the vehicles were stored in the 'MOTOR STABLES'.

Every time the class was scheduled for hands on vehicle work the designated area was the MOTOR STABLES.

Gotta love how the older Army personnel would just not give up the horse cavalry days.

The syllabus is in the 'Technical Documents' section of the site. Its a fascinating glimpse into the past.
I got a Mountain Cur and a ~~pitbull~~ big loveable cuddle puppy
