Working on the axle... note the jack in the lower left.

Very different from the Walker we all know and love.

Also in the upper right... the pioneer rack (most are not found on the passenger side) and the storage of the cargo bows.

Also note in laying across the bucket in the lower left, the bearing nut socket seems to be welded to a piece of pipe, rather than use the budd wrench handle.

The gas tank is the tell. A 352 has a transverse tank, and a US6 the tank is on the other side. Ford didn't make any dual rear axle trucks for the Army *that I know of*.

Maybe the camera is messing up the depth of field making the bed look much shorter than it is???

Actually looking at it again, what I thought was the end of the transverse 352 fuel tank is actually the side of the 353 fuel tank and fill neck... does look like timken axles though.
