Paul, are you interested in hosting a copy of the above referenced manual on your web site. I've scanned it to separate page files, and assembled it as a single PDF file of about 13 Mb.

Is it OCR'd? I have OMNIPAGE 17 to run it through and get a searchable document... as long as its scanned in at or above 300dpi its pretty accurate (90%+).
