Dumped the W-1, going with a Cater YF 966S. The YF is considered a much better carb.. its vacuum operated as opposed to the W-1 being mechanical. Less parts, less adjustments, better performance. I was thinking of moving to a dual stage Weber carb but then I'd lose the oil bath air cleaner... that's not a trade off I am willing to make :)

Plus a YF rebuild is about $30.. a W-1 $70.

Also will not be using the governor (after I have two number correct governors :roll: ). The 58 235 makes many more RPMs than the WW2 motor. The 58 235 goes up to 4000RPM, if I use the governor it will cut out at 2500-ish. That leaves way to much HP on the table.
