It was mid 40s today.. so more garage time. Went quick, only issue is the upper kingpin bearing is SHOT. I think they mashed the preload or something.

Here's the kingpin bearing. That inner bevel is all kinds of scratched up.

So at least one bearing will be replaced. The wheel bearing looked OK.. but I didn't get to clean them thoroughly.

Looks like that IR heat tool is very handy. Where did you get it?
