With the exception of ONE, you are basically admitting your guilt. If you chose Fair Use, then its an AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE (aka you are guilty unless you prove otherwise) and since copyright is mostly a CIVIL matter the bar for the holder is obscenely low.

So I deleted the video, downloaded all my other videos (which with the exception of about 5 they were marked private anyway) and will be deleting my youtube account.

There's nothing but shit on youtube anyway... but it was a free store for videos. But since H264 encoders are readily available, hightly compressed video is not a big deal anyway... so I'll host them all here, and will have to add some sort of 'click to play' scheme so robots don't trigger the downloads.

I'll also be adding youtube to AdBlock so I never even see links to it anymore. I don't think I'll miss much.

If anyone truly thinks that the account is deleted... well I have a bridge for sale. I am not worth anything to google... there is a web site that takes your email address and determines what your 'value' is to advertisers. I was like $4. Mainly because I use so many different email accounts.

To clarify, I had a RADIO on in my garage... the camera picked up a song and it was flagged as a copyright violation.

So yeah... if you have a garage, and want to make a video, turn off your radio or you are liable for up to $150,000 for copyright infringement.
