I am looking at a CCKW with the chassis number 400444 with a wood cargo it has been in a heated New England firehouse since the 40s and is a back up for grass fires.I can just make out the outline of SAC 506 DAFB on the front bumper under the red paint It will be up for bid hopefully after the next annual town meeting. I am salivating.
