I don't think there will be any ground breaking information.. most of the photo's seem like stock. But anything that help my document the wood bed is always helpful.

Got book yesterday. Lots of stock photos, but a few new ones. The text is really interesting.. adds a lot about the crate info and how the chassis was packed.

Here's some Trivia (not in the 100,000 word somewhat complete CCKW book)

The SUP crates are marked with a yellow circle with a black stenciled number:

70 L.W.B. Cargo Truck with winch.
71 L.W.B. Cargo Truck without winch
74 L.W.B. Cargo Dump Body with winch.

Note the left side Identification marker is '74' so this crate is chock full of L.W.B. Cargo Dump Body with winch goodness!! Also note its not an enclosed crate.

One last little tidbit... of the manuals that are included with the truck, it references SNL-G508 29 December 1944 as well a 'War Department Technical Manuals (10 March 1944) but never gives a number. That's odd.
