CCKW spare tire carrier - the pivoting half

I have a spare time carrier for a 353. Has the handle etc. The L shaped part the is riveted to the bed is long gone. The only salvageable part was the the part that holds the tire and pivots down.

So if you need a part to replace/repair the carrier you have.. here it is!

Big, heavy hunk o-metal. Shipping probably north of $30.

Will take $200 for it. Or will trade for ????? cckw parts.

Where bouts is it riveted to the bed? I thought the spare tire was on the chassis. Are you sure it is for a CCKW353?
