Online backup.. what do you use?

I have an external USB3.0 1Tb hdd backing up my laptop via GenieTimline. Genie is so-so but has worked acceptably over the past 4-6 months.

But I want to put some of my more important files (scanned TMs, decals files, photos) online and off site.

I need about 50Gb.

I tried Mozy.. fast but spendy for 50Gb $6/mo

I am currently trying the Carbonite online backup ('unlimited' space) for $5/mo (I need 50gb) but its SLOW and will only keep a file for 30 days after you delete it locally.

What else is out there? I am 60-40 in favor on online storage, but will roll my own hardware if I can't find anything.

3 days into Carbonite's demo and STILL doing an initial backup.

47 files to go... 21.7Gb... ok, they are VDIs of guest OSes that I run under virtualbox... but still its butt slow.

I think I'm just gonna get another 1TB USB 3.0 drive and backup to that.
