Looks to be a late 42 or early 43 (GMC logo still on on the grill, asymmetrical grill) but bed appears to be steel.

The mechanics tool box is interesting.

Did you notice it's a CCW, not a CCKW?? Notice it has a straight axle, and no extended front drive hubs.
