Fort Knox. Negro mechanics. He helps to keep 'em rolling at Fort Knox, Kentucky. This Negro soldier, who serves as truck driver and mechanic, plays an important part in keeping the army's transport fleets in service

WOW those are some bald tires. One reason NTDs suck in rain.... they are, at this point, basically racing 'slicks'. There is absolutely no tread for wet weather grip.
