I would be content just to have a G-508 pad to use on the G-506, many of the extra holes are hidden from view by the dashboard. 3M OD Duct Tape does a good job matching the SG OD finish on the OEM CCKW dash pad and can be used to hide small holes. Why drag out making the dash pad because of minor details, it is more fun to drive the truck while still young enough.

Thanks for your posts. The difference is significant.

I've been in touch with the vendor and am working on trying to get a G506 sample for him to use as a template. His preference is to not try to retrofit the G508 units.


To think that I got banned from g503 from openly telling Bendy Me Over he's wrong. hahahahaha
