Getting a title to an untitled vehicle in PA

Since this applies to my G506... I researched this and found that PennDOT actually has a process for what I need to do.

Remember this final jeopardy answer: A title does not mean OWNERSHIP. Titles simply prove who has a legal interest in the vehicle and allows the Police to track it.

Not sure of the cost... but places like Broadway title are hit or miss.
