Do I feel bad about it? No. I paid for PRIME shipping and Amazon gambled with the CRAPTASTIC Smartpost shipping and lost. So they lose any profit off this sale.

So I order a small item from Amazon via Prime and it does not show up in two days. So I get a hold of their online help:
A free month of Prime on my account.
Do I feel bad about it? No. I paid for PRIME shipping and Amazon gambled with the CRAPTASTIC Smartpost shipping and lost. So they lose any profit off this sale.
