So the package was LITERALLY 3 miles from my house... yet the USPS decided to ship it to Williamsport?

Then they figured out that Ashland PA is nowhere near Williamsport... and hopefully have sent it back to Ashland... or worse, Allentown.

Amazon and Smartpost... never a good deal. Of all the orders I have had problems with... Smartpost has always managed to screw it up.

Is there a way to contact a "Prime" representative and have them explain the delay(s)??

UPDATE:

On 11/5 I did email Amazon and they said 'wait a day, it might show up'. OK, sure.

So at 11am its still in NJ.... well, now it in Philly

I did get a free month of Prime and a refund.. so tonight I will RE-ORDER the part and try it again.. its a Raspberry Pi with a camera kit.. its a neat little toy that I will turn into a my own version of ChromeCast (I was going to buy a ChromeCase by that thing is useless without an internet connection).

Of the 13 orders I have placed far this year 2 have been past the 2 day window and three items were returned.
