So I wanted to print some positives for screen printing and I turn on my HP7110 wide format printer.
All the ink carts light up as empty.
Refill and do the reset. Printer says still empty. Do the swap again.. still says empty.
I used to really like HP printers. But never, ever again. HP support said to 'try new carts'. I told them that is a $80 gamble with my money on an out of warranty printer. And since this was the SECOND printer they sent me that I wan not going to spend a dime in carts unless they could prove that what the lights meant.. not just a 'guess'.
So the printer is out on the curb tomorrow for garbage day.
My last two laser printers were a Laser and a Kodak (for photos). Never gonna give HP another dime.
Good thing Black Friday and Cyber Monday are in a few days... gonna save some money on anything but an HP printer.
