Yes another delayed package, this is right after an order I got that had the wrong item in it.
I paid for next day delivery ($3.99 upcharge on my Prime order) and its supposed to be here by 8pm 12/3. Well its 8:39pm and no package.
Tuesday my order of 6 light switch covers had 5 correct and 1 incorrect part... that took 3 days extra to fix.
So yeah.. seems like Amazon is dropping the ball. In the last 6 months I had to return 5 items out of 25, and in the past 12 months there were 3 later deliveries. That's a 12% 'we screwed up your' order rate.
On the fence about renewing my Prime membership when it expires... its now $99 vs $75 and the only upsides were free two day shipping and what turned out to be a useless video service (got Netflix because Amazon video was so lame).
