Changing UPS battery

So my trusty Cyberpower 685AVR was telling me that the 'runtime was insufficient" when I would do a self test. Turns out the battery is old. Cyberpower support says the same thing.. change the battery.

Off to Amazon.com and for $18 I get a new battery and install it in less then 5 minutes. Magically my runtime is up to 21 minutes (vs failing the self test). Only thing that really pissed me off was that the seller held up shipping to verify that I REALLY wanted the battery. WTF. Ship it already.

So yeah.. replace the battery in your UPS every 3 years. Who'd a thunk it?
