Site update/changes

I'm going to making some changes here.. some are done, some are in the works...

Guests (people not logged in) can now see images and download files to just about every forum.
Forums that are simply not used much will be pruned/consolidated.
Looking to update from phpbb to another forum... the phpdevs simply are dragging their feet on decent image uploads/watermarking utilities and the current php release is not compatible with the watermarking mod I use.

Nothing major.... just small tweaks.
