Harbor Freight lifetime warranty... it actually works!

I bought a set of metric ratchet wrenches about 3-4 years ago and on the 15mm ratchet pawl broke in the middle of a front rotor swap.

These had the lifetime hand tool warranty so I figured it was time to try out how HF would handle it.

I take the wrench to my local HF and tell the cashier that the ratchet doesn't work any more and I want to exchange it. She told me to go get one off the shelf. Since they are sold as a kit they had to open a new key, take out the 15mm and gave it to me. Manager came up and signed the return and I was done with a new wrench in less than 15 minutes.

Pretty cool. The hardest part of the whole process was trying to open the package to get the wrench out.
