re-wrapping Cable

Has anyone built or know of someone manufacturing the suggested winding fixture tool shown in the TM9 801 manual page 57 ? I 'd like to use my winch but dread getting it all hap hazardly back on the cable drum.

Hi ABN can you not just guide it in by hand carefully??
