I picked this up off e-bay:

Emergency Repairs of Automotive Vehicles Special Text No. 12

As far as I can tell its from the Ft. Knox Armored School and has a publication date of 11-1-47 if the number on the last page is what it appears to be.

All kinds of 'expedient repairs' that have been devised by people who's lives depended on the trucks making it back when damaged by either mechanical breakdown or damage.

The seller was 'TheWildBunch' from Texas... he lists quite a few TMs on e-bay.
