Chevy Dump Parts

Anyone parting out an original Hercules equipped Chevy dump? I need a few small parts, either to use directly or to use as patterns. In particular, I'm looking for the following:

1) The hoist engage lever
2) The rod that runs from the lever back to the pump
3) The pressed steel mounted bearing that supports the PTO driveshaft.
