Making way for a pool, didn't want to fight pine needles all year plus it blocked the sun... so down it went:
The shed at the top is 9 ft wide (for scale). The trunk where I cut it was just over 14 inches (my chain saw has a 14 in bar and it didn't go all the way through on the plunge cut).
