Werner 28ft ladder.. Lowes is giving them away!!

So its the 4th of July weekend and I need to fix me roof. But I have a 2.5-ish story house and I usually rent a ladder (drive to the ACE hardware 15 miles away, rent the ladder for $27/day, use ladder for 1 hour, take it back).
Well, Lowes has a 28 ft ladder 24% off. With my employee discount (another 10%) plus other discounts I got it for $202 out the door!!
I've been scouring CL for a month and every idiot is listing USED and busted up ladder for $300. Suck it CL fools!
