SO I sent some small gift via a service call Planet Express. They appeared to be reputable after reading many reviews.

Well, the retards fucked up the customs form. I couldn't ship the package with a declaration. FedEx won't accept a package without a customs form. Guess who's package shows up gets a message that there is no customs form and I need to submit one?

Planet Express has been 100% USELESS to the point I'm doing a charge back. They can fight Amex for their money... the package is simply in limbo. IT will cost $70 to get it back, for something that was not my fault.

So FUCK Planet Express. They are morons.
