It shows many things.
First, GM has an archive of CCKW photos and are not publishing them or allowing general access to them (bastards).
Two, if this IS a 43, its a LATE 43 factory truck. Has the new canvas top and doors, also the step mounted gas can.
Third, there are NO REGISTRATION NUMBERS! And the passenger side window is full or tags/stickers.
I do believe this truck is RIGHT OFF THE PRODUCTION FLOOR before military acceptance.
