Why are so many people passing the DEAL up?

This seller on e-bay has been listing NOS (really, I got one its MINTY) 'late' style open cab canvas tops for $50. These are the nicer tops with the metal reinforced door openings.

$50!!!!!

A new made top from one of the canvas dealers is $300+

When I got mine he had 10, he's now down to 8. Where else are you going to find an NOS top for $50?

I've seen those and wondered if they are worth the money, sounds like they are, I'll have to pick one up, maybe mention it to the wife, would make a good Christmas gift!

Considering that many more trucks would have had the later version than early one, and that these are $50 vs $350+ for a repro one, its a steal.

I have fitted both to my open cab and the later top does fit much better.. no sag over the half door.

Thanks for the tip Paul. These tops are terrific value. The vendor sold out of the initial lot of ten advertised and next thing was they had ten more for sale but the price went to $75, still an excellent buy.

They have shrunk a little and are tight to instal but that is only a minor problem and when fitted they really look good.
