I have a French return CCKW dumper that I bought like 5 years ago in FL... IIRC there is a thread about it on CCKW.org or G503.com.
In my quest for engine paint info I decided to rip into it and see if I could discover some paint under a cover or bolt.... no such luck, the paint rusted away.
What I did find, and think is AMAZING is this photo:

You can still make out the location of the water slide tappet and octane decals.
